I continue to fight my battles with going to bed on time. Last night was another night where I stayed up too late and thus, had little chance of getting up this morning for my interval workout.
Tonight, I aim to be in bed before 10:30.
Tomorrow I will do my speed workout and then push my easy run to Saturday where it'll be combined with some swimming. Then another 10 miles on Sunday and a renewed hope of actually completing my workout schedule for the week.
