No route from MapMyRun today. I think I will only post new courses for my long runs and once my runs get longer and thus, I have to run different routes to cover the distances.
Overall, the run was fine. Legs felt a little sluggish but I think that was a product of eating a turkey burger, which was heavier than I anticipated, for lunch and Wendy's for dinner. Pace was slow and steady, which is what I want from my easy runs. Tomorrow is a 4 mile tempo run so I will pick it up a tad. Other than that, not much to report.
